Description
In the 2017-18 academic year, the Penn Libraries launched PennImmersive — a community-led research project to explore the potential applications of virtual reality (VR); augmented reality (AR); and 3D modeling, scanning, and printing in teaching, research, and learning. The Libraries’ role was twofold: to provide campus-wide access to immersive technologies, and to convene the community. This report provides an overview of the PennImmersive project during 2017-2018.
