Abstract

mCAPP is a mobile cognitive app platform that provides at-home cognitive assessment to monitor for changes in cognition in aging and neurodegenerative diseases, as well as response to therapies, such as anti-amyloid therapies (AATs). Cognitive performance data is remotely collected in patients with mild cognitive impairment (MCI) or mild dementia due to Alzheimer’s disease undergoing AAT. My project this summer is to create an additional language module in mCAPP that captures both structured and unstructured speech for cognitive/speech analysis.
