My Capstone is my journey through the Organizational Dynamics program and Organizational Consulting and Executive Coaching (OCEC) cohort at the University of Pennsylvania. Within these pages I share my experiences as I came to accept and embrace my attention deficit hyperactivity disorder as it relates to both my authentic self as well as my professional life. I reflect on both my experiences and the lessons I have learned. I explore the theories I have learned, the tools I have acquired, and the experiences that have changed my life. My Capstone focuses on adult learning, my use of self, transformational learning processes, coaching, and consulting. Written as a personal narrative, my Capstone can provide insights to others as they navigate their own journeys and realize they are not alone!
