Abstract

This thesis presents a review of the nature of culture then specifically organizational culture. I then describe the influence of individual and collective orientations on the culture of organizations. I then focus on Arab culture and the influence of collectivistic Arab values on the culture of Arab organizations and decision making, in particular.
