The following paper presents a model for creating a robust meaning-in-life system for adolescents and emerging adults, with the aim to create well-being for young people and throughout the life span. A Three Self-Strengths model is proposed for the attainment of the meaning system. The self-strengths that young people need to develop are: self-knowledge, self-determination and self-regulation.
