Description
The Bridges to the Future Initiative (BFI-SA) is an innovative project designed to utilize multimedia-based information and communications technologies (ICT) in local languages to promote literacy and other learning skills in South Africa. The project will be implemented initially in multiple sites in Limpopo Province as a model for replication more broadly. BFI-SA is a collaborative multi-agency partnership under the overall sponsorship of the Department of Education.
The International Literacy Institute is a partner of BFI-SA.
