Dissertations (MSE)

The Department of Materials Science & Engineering at the University of Pennsylvania conducts an extensive program of undergraduate education, graduate education and research aimed at understanding the physical origins of the behavior of ceramics, metals and alloys, polymers, and electronic, magnetic, superconducting, and thin-film materials. The interests of our faculty are diverse and topical and include cutting edge programs in nanoscience and nanotechnology, biomaterials, ceramics, polymers, and metals.
