In this panel, four Amys will discuss how they have handled challenges involving administrative data access. These Amys have needed data and pleaded for data. They have been data owners, linkers, gatekeepers, and analysts. Michael Hawes, Director of Student Privacy Policy at the U.S. Department of Education will moderate the panel as these Amys describe their approaches to overcome operational and organizational challenges.
